GOOD THINGS ARE COMING
I’m working on developing MORE coaching material for my clients-
so stay tuned!

About me
My name is Gabriela but you can call me Gabby or Gabs!
I’m a Health & Wellness coach working on getting nationally certified by the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaching. Although I am fairly new to this particular field, I have been involved in the health community for over 10 years. I am currently in the process of finishing my bachelor's of nutrition and am on track to become a Registered Dietician. In my personal life, I am a Florida-born Millennial Latina who moved to Colorado within the last couple of years. When my husband and I aren’t hiking with our dogs or working out, I love to spend my time cooking and gardening. I also very much enjoy podcasts- so if you’re ever in need of recommendations, get ready for a full list.
My mission statement
As a health and wellness coach, it is my genuine passion to take this transformational journey with you in the most holistic way. it is my passion to understand the complexities of your health and all the factors Inhibiting you from getting to where you want to be. I strive to be as client-led in my functional practice as possible.
What I don’t do
I do not follow the “prescribe and treat” method, rather I encourage you, the client, to reach Into your own strengths to make the change In ways that make sense to you and on your own agenda. I aim for you to be the hero In your own story.
“WHAT STAGE OF CHANGE AM I IN?”
THE QUIZ
There are 5 stages of change, so why not take a quiz that tells you a little about what stage of change you’re in!
“You obtained a very solid picture of your client's wellness and lifestyle concerns and desires.”
“From your description of your interaction with your client it was clear that you appreciated her as a hero on her journey, met her where she was and brought empathy into your coaching.”
“You created a safe space in which you used open-ended questions to promote self-awareness, to help your client "to connect the dots", and to identify strategies to meet goals.”
After just six sessions she had some significant outcomes including increased self-awareness, and awareness of the need to do "spring cleaning" on her accounts and to become "more intentional with who she allows into her space."
